Coverage for Quality-Related Issues

Quality-related defects on items purchased directly from rexi or authorized rexi resellers are covered by our warranty from the date of purchase. For purchases from rexi’s authorized distributors and retail partners, warranty claims are managed directly through them (refer to our list of authorized partners).

If a warranty claim is approved, rexi will provide a replacement item of equal or greater value. Replacements will be new when available or refurbished as an alternative. If a replacement is not preferred or feasible, rexi will issue a partial refund based on the product’s usage time.

Warranty for replacements will adhere to the original warranty period of the item

Process for Warranty Claims

  1. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number from rexi’s website, sales invoice, or a receipt from an authorized rexi dealer).
  2. Troubleshooting Documentation: rexi will document troubleshooting steps, and photos of the defect or serial number may be required.
  3. Product Return for Inspection: Some items may need to be returned to rexi for quality inspection. Incorrect or unreturned defective items void the replacement warranty.

Accepted Proof of Purchase

To validate a warranty claim, one or more of the following may be needed:

  • Order number from an online purchase via rexi’s official website or authorized dealer.
  • Dated sales receipt from a rexi retailer, detailing the product and its price.

Please note: Warranty claims are valid within 90 days from the time of claim submission. Claims cannot be processed if the warranty period has expired or if the claim is beyond the 90-day submission window.

Buyer-Responsibility Shipping Costs

Buyers cover shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Returns for non-defect reasons
  • Warranty claims on items outside the country of purchase
  • Accidental returns
  • Returns of personal items or items with non-warrantable issues
  • Unauthorized returns, including returns outside the warranty process

Exclusions from Warranty

  • Products without a valid proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items beyond their warranty period
  • Non-quality related concerns
  • Free or promotional items
  • 3rd-party repairs
